Basically today we learn about building our relationships with one another true communication. As we have learnt the day before communication is a difficult thing and we should learn to communicate the right way.

The first thing we learn about communication is to communicate with truth by letting your yes be yes and your no be no.

What I find from this is that many of us nowadays just talk without thinking and often we may end up saying the wrong thing. The things we say as we read today or experienced in our lives can really affect the outcome of our relationships, whether building meaning full ones or hurting others. The simple solution to this problem is to think carefully before we speak.

I guess sometimes we do all these things by accident or as a reflex but I believe that we should be able to change for the better as we live in this world of change.

The best way to succeed in this is by having a strong foundation of truth. Which is a strong foundation in Christ and this is why we should constantly seek Him everyday to build that root which holds strong through the hardest of times.
